In this project , we want to put the high-end ingredients in a daily life context to point out that when you have good and fresh ingredients, you don't need to do much. We treats the ingredient with the basic and familiar cooking methods like fruits deeped with prawn salt , seafood steamed with coconut water, wagyu steak in " bò né " style which is a Vietnamese traditional way of cooking beef.
